Prerequisites
- Shopify admin access (store owner or staff with app install permissions)
- Arrivio account
Install the app
Open the Arrivio install link (from arrivio.app or your Arrivio dashboard) and click Install. Approve the requested Shopify scopes (orders, customers, etc.).
Shopify shows Arrivio in Settings → Apps and sales channels
Verify sync
Trigger a test order (or use an existing one) and confirm it appears in Arrivio’s Smart Inbox and order list.

Verify your Shopify user has permission to install apps. Store owners can always install; staff may need Manage apps or equivalent.

Check webhook health in Shopify Admin → Settings → Notifications → Webhooks. Ensure Arrivio’s webhooks are present and not failing. Reconnect the app if needed.
