Owner: BuildWithDani LLC (“BWD”, “we”, “us”, “our”) These Terms govern your access to and use of our documentation Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) What this Site is (and isn’t)

The Site contains product documentation, guides, and example code for BWD products (including Flotix, Arrivio, and AutoIQ). The Site is informational and provided as-is. It is not a support SLA, service level agreement, or legal advice. For the software/services themselves, see the product-specific terms and privacy notices linked from each product.

2) Content & Licensing

  • Docs text and diagrams are provided under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise noted.
    You may copy/share/adapt with attribution to “BuildWithDani (BWD)” and a link to this Site.
  • Code blocks and example projects are provided under the MIT License, unless a file or section states another license.
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of BWD and are not licensed without written permission.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Misrepresent authorship or remove required attributions and license notices.
  • Attempt to disrupt the Site (e.g., scraping at abusive rates, injecting content, security testing without permission).
  • Use the Site to violate any laws or third-party rights.
We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic to protect the Site.

4) Feedback

If you submit feedback (e.g., typo reports, suggestions), you grant BWD a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it to improve our docs, products, and services without obligation to you. The Site may link to third-party resources (e.g., GitHub, Shopify docs). We’re not responsible for third-party content or practices.

6) No warranties & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Effective date.” Continued use means you accept the changes.
