Prerequisites

  • macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later
  • Apple Silicon or Intel Mac

Download

Download the latest Flotix (.dmg) from flotix.xyz.

Open the DMG

Double-click the downloaded .dmg to mount it.

Install the app

Drag Flotix to the Applications folder.
Flotix appears in Applications

Launch

Open Flotix from Applications (or Spotlight). If macOS blocks the app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway for Flotix.
Keep the DMG mounted until you’ve confirmed Flotix runs; then eject it.

Troubleshooting

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to Flotix. We are not yet notarized; you may need to allow once per major update.
Ensure you dragged Flotix into Applications, not just ran it from the DMG. Eject the DMG and launch from Applications.
