# Privacy Notice

**Owner:** BuildWithDani LLC ("BWD", "we", "us", "our")

This notice describes what limited information we collect on the docs Site and how we use it. For product data processing (Flotix, Arrivio, AutoIQ), see the applicable product privacy notice inside each product's docs.

## 1) What we collect on the docs site

We aim to keep docs browsing anonymous/minimal.

**Automatically collected (pseudonymous):**

* IP address & basic device metadata (e.g., browser, OS) for security and to serve the Site.
* Request logs (URLs, timestamps, response codes) to operate and protect the Site.
* Page analytics (aggregate counts of visits, referrers). We try to use privacy-respecting analytics; if cookies are used, we'll show a banner or note in this page.

We do **not** sell personal information.

## 2) How we use data

* Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site.
* Understand which docs are helpful (aggregate analytics).
* Respond to support or feedback you send us.

## 3) Subprocessors (docs site)

We use vetted vendors to run this Site. Each receives only the minimum necessary data.

## 4) Cookies

We try to avoid cookies on docs. If analytics or UI preferences require cookies, they will be limited to essential or aggregate measurement; a banner or note will appear where required by law.

## 5) Data retention

* Web server logs: typically **30–90 days**, unless needed to investigate abuse or security incidents.
* Feedback/support emails: kept as long as needed to respond and maintain records.

## 6) Your choices

* You can disable analytics by using browser privacy features (e.g., "Do Not Track", content blockers).
* You may request deletion of feedback you personally submitted by writing to [privacy@buildwithdani.com](mailto:privacy@buildwithdani.com) (include the email address you used).

## 7) Security

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS/TLS, restricted access, least-privilege, regular updates). No method is 100% secure.

## 8) Children

The Site is for professional/general audiences and not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region).

## 9) Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice; the "Effective date" will change. Material changes will be highlighted in the changelog or banner.
